This app is genuinely awful, moving from UBS app to OLIVIA has been a massive disappointment, there are zero language options, Italian and French are both official languages and are not supported nor is English. There is no way to see your current balance on your credit cards, all the menus loop back to each other, It's overall completely unintuitive and is designed like a maze rather than a functioning banking app. TKB is great I have no issues with the actual bank, but this app sucks.
