I've used it successfully before, but today I prepared a large order and when I logged into my account it cleared the shopping cart, so I prepared it again and when I checked out it told me the time slot was no longer available (citing a time from months ago that isn't what I'd selected) and when I chose a new time it cleared my cart again. Pretty frustrating but hopefully a temporary bagginess

Easy to order & pay. Clean app that really looks great. Only 4 stars thought bc can't put notes on coffee order or specify extra instructions (ie extra foam, cinnamon sprinkle, etc.)

Way worse than the last version. No quick reorder feature and requires many more clicks to get to a submitted product. In addition, they make you sign up an account that doesn't add any personalized options. Would get a 5 star if you add one touch reorder, autofill tip amount, and only one confirmation
