Waste of time this App is which is so so so slow, once you do online check in you cannot add extra luggage or choose seat selection, even on return journey you cannot do anything. Other airline apps like Qatar and Emirates have the ability to make seat and luggage changes, you go to a better airline, and you get q better experience. The airline is a mediocre version of the other middle Eastern airlines and a far way to go before they reach their standards either by web app, on-board experience

Oman Air canceled my flight and emailed me stating I was entitled to a full refund. Since that email, they have completely ghosted me. It has been 45 days, 13 follow-up emails, and absolutely zero replies. I have called customer service multiple times. Every single time, they promise someone from the "concerned department" will call me back within 48 hours to fix it. Nobody ever calls. Terrible communication and completely untrustworthy service. Avoid.

This airline provided the worst customer service I've ever seen, and the staff in customer service were completely out of touch they just want to end the call as quickly as possible without giving you any real or ask send email and for the email I send many never received any response and about delayed they no care possible your flight delayed 48 hours is normal for them Unfortunately, customer service deserves a rating lower than zero.
