Oman Air canceled my flight and emailed me stating I was entitled to a full refund. Since that email, they have completely ghosted me. It has been 45 days, 13 follow-up emails, and absolutely zero replies. I have called customer service multiple times. Every single time, they promise someone from the "concerned department" will call me back within 48 hours to fix it. Nobody ever calls. Terrible communication and completely untrustworthy service. Avoid.

I attempted to book seats for almost 3 months and never succeeded due to technical issues at the omanair app and website. I clearly have mentioned their staff during check-in (at DXB) about allocation of seats to myself and my family in the same row, and she has considered it but during boarding I was checking the seats and shocked for a moment. Having a baby (2 years with full fare of a ticket) alongside, it was a really horrible experience during the journey.

What a calamity! 😭 It has been 15 days since my flight from jeddah to Muscat, and I still cannot find my baggage. I have complained through every possible means, but it has not been found anywhere. I have sent several emails and visited the airport baggage complaint office more than five times, yet there has been no positive result. I also complained through Instagram and Facebook, and I even filed a manual baggage complaint form on your website, but there has been no good response from you.

Dreadful service. Oman Air unilaterally cancelled my flight. It's been 4 weeks, and I've sent 5 emails and no response after their initial email. Local office is hopeless and recommends I contact the web refund team which doesn't reply. No one interested in doing anything. App barely serviceable. Will never fly this airline again.
