Omnipay is worse, customer care is extremely poor!! Can't recommend, my customers account was deactivated for more than weeks now, and it has not been activated. They keep saying they will get back....

First of all I was waiting for the OTP to be sent to my phone number, but I didn't see anything, but they keep telling me that it's been sent secondly it took me back to where I will put my bvn and date birth, I thought that's the end then the system is saying that my date of birth is invalid meanwhile I know very well what I wrote there what could be the problem
