Fantastic update that is much easier to use, hasn't crashed at all since, and I love that I'm able to order food separately from booking a movie. Makes ordering so much easier, as I can do it ahead of time before queuing up. Hats off to the developers on a much cleaner UI and more accessible process for customers!

A very decent cinema staff is lovely and very friendly to help with the public and very good with prices especially when you have the omiplex pass which is only €2 every time you go to see a movie and seats are very comfortable

Awful app. Doesn't show seat numbers. Have to log into my OptiPlex pass numerous times to book tickets, get it sorted please. it's so bad. When you choose my film or location you have to confirm and choose again twice.

Great cinema but the app is atrocious. Laggy, unintuitive interface, constantly making you log in, even when you're 3/4 through booking; entering food causes errors, and recently I book tickets, and they don't show up in the app or via email.

Since the app has been updated it is now almost impossible for multiple people with their own accounts to book seats next to each other. If there are 2 seats left in the row you can't book either seat because it stops you by saying you can't leave a 1 seat gap to a person even though you have a seat next to a person. It's easier to just book in person now so at least you can speak to someone when it doesn't work
