Like someone else's review says....fix this app immediately! It says my phone is compatible with the app so why is there a black screen for my mobile ticket even though I know my camera setting is turned on. Did not like being questioned by one bus driver about it when the screen obviously shows the QR code and expiration date of my mobile ticket. Fix this app now!

This app is required for monthly pass purchases however it frequently crashes and often isn't functional when attempting to show for visual inspection. How else can monthly riders and bus drivers be certain we are in compliance?

As far as I can tell this is a rip-off. The MTA makes it so that anyone can ride the bus free, unless of the small chance that the MTA police catch you so basically hundreds of thousands are just taking the chance. Meanwhile, now they want to force everyone into these OMNY BS cards where they take away the option to have any kind of unlimited monthly (which I rely on) and that "weekly cap" is useless because you need 12 rides and most people (myself included) work only 5 days a week. Money grab!

Totally unnecessary application, should instead leverage WMATA card system. Inhibits cross-platform use, creates roadblocks to transit subsidies, and ultimately wastes millions of dollars not simply by Omniride, but every agency or business that provides transit benefits via direct deductions by requiring them to produce credit or debit cards rather than direct payment from financial systems. Should because for PRTC board to change leadership or busing company as a whole.

Crashes every single time I try to show my bus pass. Drivers don't even check anymore since it is so bad. Should get rid of this and just use the WMATA system like Omni does for everything else
