Saved me from a bad two weeks in-between checks. Very straightforward to get into the app and everything set up. However, being in such a pinch, I didn't really have the day it took for me to get the last step (verifying my banking info) before my account went into the red after some mandatory payments. But still a lifesaver when money is tight.

Love one pay i just don't really care for the credit builder I feel more needs to be explained before switching over not able to take cash out very inconvenient but other than that I love the one pay app.

This app is very convenient when in time of needing some of your pay ahead of time. Long as you have the one pay card set up to it, you do get the InstaCal within seconds. I do recommend this app to use, and it has helped me alot in tough times.

My family member could not sign in to her account by using her phone number and email, so she called this company. The man she spoke to on the phone kept asking for phone number and email she gave it to him, and he treated her like she was stupid. I stepped in and fixed her problem. Sad that I am more qualified to fix her One account than your employees are.

It will randomly log me out. Then, when I try to do the "send code to email" to log back in, it NEVER gets the email to me. I've had to completely log out, and go through the process of telling it where I work to find my account, and relink my email as if it was new, every time to finally get it to work. Then this pastime, it won't let me unlink my email when I tell it I don't have access to the email they have on file, so I can reset like in the past. Now, I'm in a complete lockout. Ridiculous.

So, apparently they moved the app to One pay and I can't see what my paycheck balance is going to be anymore. This is ridiculous! Turn back the original app, I don't want it apart from One pay. Give me my original settings back!

Terrible they say due to their technical difficulties that they can't help anyone who is employed by Compass group. I even contacted support, and they stated they could do nothing. A waste of time, and I have no idea why Compass Group offers this to employees as it never works
