Stability of the app could be higher. When quitting the app but not closing it and later revisiting the app it bugs out and logs me out. Resulting in me force closing the app a few times before normal operation continues. App itself works smooth and is clean. Very happy customer.

Awful experience. No working customer support. The app often disconnects and needs a captcha resolved to sign in. Incoming coins were blocked for days for 'review'. Outgoing Euro Transfers were done twice, followed by emails begging to pay back the second transfer. Lastly, they requested a proof of funds from my 5 years+ Crypto purchases, bank Statements, income statements, residency proof among others. During that time, for more than a month my account was blocked without explanation. Avoid.

Bit panda has a weird disconnect between the pairs available on the normal site and their 'pro' offering. So for this reason alone I'm glad there is a 'Pro' app so that I can access the full suite of instruments. But the app itself leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest issue by far is the layout of the candlestick chart. I can only imagine that they designed it with tablets in mind because it's far too cluttered to be any use on a mobile phone. Bad in portrait mode, utterly useless in landscape

Biometric login hasn't worked properly since November on Android 13 and the pixel 7 Pro. It works the first time you open the app, then if you leave the app and come back, it doesn't work anymore. You have to close the app, open it again, and then it works, but the cycle repeats itself over and over again. Clearing cache and storage doesn't do anything, neither does uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It works fine on Android 12 and the pixel 3 XL for example.
