The "Extratos" part never works and for each extraction it kicks me out of the app, and I have to use credentials and the security code that comes with the SMS to log in again and in the end it fails to show the document! Generally you can not track the extractions and the transactions you had!! It's 😖 in terms of being user-friendly!
