When you open your banking app, for which you have a paid account, you expect to see the account information. However, Santander thinks that it's better to serve me ads, delaying my original objective.

A bank app that in 2023 cant update their clients transactions live is just an app lost on the 20th century. Direct debits are debited from your account, but absolutely no information is shown. If you don't keep tight track of your expenses you would look at your bank statements and just be wondering where is your money. Serispuly the worst bank app I've seen in my life, after living in 3 different countries and using tens of banking apps.
