OnlyNow - Focus Task Timer

■ What is OnlyNow?
You open your to-do list to get started — and suddenly there are ten tasks staring back at you. Where do you even begin?

OnlyNow solves this with radical simplicity: it shows just one task on screen. The one you need to do right now. That's it.

Designed with ADHD, distraction, and forgetfulness in mind.

---

■ Who it's for
- People with ADHD or attention difficulties
- Anyone who gets easily distracted or overwhelmed by long to-do lists
- People who've tried every task manager and still can't stick with one
- Anyone who just wants a dead-simple way to manage "what's next"
- Minimalists who want their phone to feel calmer, not busier

---

■ How it works
1. Add tasks to your queue
2. The first task appears on the "Now" screen — displayed large and clear
3. Tap "Done" when finished → the next task appears

One task. One focus. Move forward.
