OnSong 2026

OnSong is a chord chart and set list app for musicians. Prepare, practice and perform from one library on your phone or tablet. Create an account to import and view up to 30 songs, receive sets, and play along with other OnSong users. Subscribe to OnSong Essentials or OnSong Premium when you need more songs and features.

Always ready
Build your library of chords and lyrics with built-in support for Dropbox, Google Drive, SongSelect, Planning Center and more. Scan paper charts and extract their text¹. OnSong reads text-based chord charts, PDF and many other file types, and accepts files shared from other apps. OnSong Console¹ lets you manage your library from a web browser on your computer. Whether you have ten songs or ten thousand², your library goes wherever you play.

Plays well with others
Pull set lists together in moments² and gather the band. Transpose, capo and format your text-based chord charts² so they read the way you want, then annotate or draw on the page to add notes¹. Share wirelessly with your team in real time¹, or print, email and export².

Built for performance
Tap to turn pages, or go hands-free with wireless foot pedals or autoscrolling². Set a tempo and time signature for a click², find your starting note with a digital pitch pipe², link backing tracks to play along², or send MIDI events to automate your stage¹.

Be seen and heard
Display lyrics on a projector or TV with an HDMI adapter or a Google Cast device¹. Compose backgrounds from still images, motion graphics or live video¹. Keep the band on the same page with a stage monitor you control from your device, and run stage lighting too¹.
