Op connect provides affordable charging in underserved places. Thanks so much!

★★★★☆ Mike Burrage · Dec 11, 2025

This is what is available near my work and when it works it's great, the few times it doesn't, it is frustrating.

★★★★★ Nick Dallett · Apr 24, 2026

App works fine - nothing fancy, but works well and necessary for opponent chargers.

★★★★☆ charmaine reddix · Jul 10, 2026

The price is great. Charging stations needs to be updated. When it's a house it does work.

★☆☆☆☆ Alex · Jun 25, 2023

All but impossible to create an account. I tried at least 10 times, continually wouldn't accept a password (despite meeting password requirements). Finally, was able to create an account... Funded account and charging station wouldn't work.

Stole $20!!! Wasted an hour!!! It took me 35 minutes the 1st time just to set up my account and confirm it due to their faulty verification system. I'm the end I had to call a self-help verify, then email them directly. Then you can't pay per session, you must add a card and add $20 minimum to your account. It failed to add my card 3x. The app was glitchy, buggy and mostly doesn't work. I managed to charge it only once and never again!!!!!

★☆☆☆☆ Sally Murphy · Jan 26, 2022

Only a few chargers in the area. App is really outdated. Customer service is terrible. Chargers are always down and some were updated and some are still not. No other way to charge except through the app. The old ones you could use a member card or credit card. I also would like if they sent reminders your balance is low. It won't charge if you have less than $3 on your account. To find out if it's the station that's always down or if it's your account is low, you have to go to the app to billing
