Good app but when I tap on the charger icon only half the screen appears with charging info. Half of the pop-up box disappears below the screen

The app works and is usable however needs some functional improvements like being able to see how many kw each charger is. Also on the transaction history it should show how many kw, how many minutes used

Open loop is the worst. Unreliable, slow and overpriced charging. Be safe and plan your journey to not use Open loop.

First and probably last time at the Rolleston Z station, as at 69 cents per kwh even for the 50kw charger it's more expensive than the already expensive Charge Net that charges 25 cents per kwh and 25 cents I can see why they are never used, which is disappointing. Should have made it a flat rate of 50 cents per kwh, also forget about charging if you have less than $10 credit balance as it will not let you charge until you top up another min $10! I really wanted to like this network 😞
