If you can, avoid Open Serve at all costs. As soon as something goes wrong, it can take days to weeks to get the fault sorted. It's been a week without internet and no sight or feedback from Open Serve

Open serve is useless! Every time I have an important project for university, they like to cut of my Wi-Fi as if it's a joke. The Wi-Fi can barely handle multiple devices connected at the same time. I'd rather switch back to Telkom or Viacom 🫩

The "AI" chat doesn't work, no way to escalate an urgent fault, line test passes when the fiber cable is lying in my pool, taking too long to provide service, app is slow, log in page went to black screen and had to restart the app, and who hangs a fiber optic cable over a swimming pool anyway? Open serve, typical African standards.
