Not only is the app glitchy, and it takes forever to enrol (keep deleting your details and tell you it's you doing it). They never tell you the truth about pay even though they tell you they are transparent about what you earn and take home. Send you on jobs before explaining to you have to enrol with an umbrella company that charges you for using them and charges national insurance twice. I left and because of all the sneaky practices and as the professionals they are they haven't paid me.

Other agencies are available. You don't have to accept being paid via an umbrella company. Demand PAYE. Don't forget, ALL agency "consultants" are motivated by commission. That's it. Never forget that. They are not educators, you are. Good luck. 👍🏼
