This is a child and this app is very good and for now I'm not having problems at all unlike other people (read the reviews) except the fact that I can't use haunted house, catastrophe mashup and jungle mashup until I'm 16, but please stop the age restriction thing but yeah I'm fine with the app

I can't even download the fun zone themes. Keep saying 'whoops'. You should know how frustrating this is. Get it fixed.

Really glitchy. Sometimes it picks up the toothbrush, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the camera works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes even if it counts the time spent cleaning my daughters teeth it doesn't then award any point nor register that it has happened afterward. Is frustrating so giving up with it until the issues are sorted.
★★☆☆☆
I thought perhaps my poor review of the other oral-b app (yes they have 2 apps and neither work) may have been too harsh and this is the app I needed to change the color of the smart ring, but no, this app won't even connect to my toothbrush and askes me to update the app. Well I have the latest version of the app. So my toothbrush is too new? Your app is too old? You lie on the packaging of your products? Should have bought a Philips Sonic are I suppose. I will, once I refund this garbage.
