OSCU. Has a branch a few miles from my house. Other than that they are still in the Stone Age as far as banking. There app is junk, there loan dept is so slow I thought they lost my loan application, took almost 2 months to call and tell me they were behind in processing loans. Because of their tardy response I have extra taxes due because the loan didn't close until after years end. I could have gotten a loan somewhere else in the time it took to get there first response. Go somewhere else.

Amongst the worst online banking apps out there. So many features missing that other apps have had for years. The app frequently prevents me from using my fingerprint for verification for no reason and when you ask the bank they seem ignorant or disinterested. Update: The fingerprint unlock option does not work on the app anymore.

This app is hard to use compared to Wells Fargo, key bank, chase apps. You have to navigate and be searching for very common stuff like money transferring from different institutions.
