You get quite a bit in the free version, though some receipts aren't read that well, you can edit them manually. I have not figured out how to scratch beyond the surface yet, and mostly just stockpile my receipt photos in case I get audited, but I've also been able to look back at some of the photos to get information on recent or past purchases. Would love better soldering, organizing, searching & easier retrieval but for free no-spam app, no complaints!

I have been using for years... It is quite helpful to keep track of spend while traveling professionally. What more can I say, it is nice to use and the accounting office likes the reports it generates!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Expensify is extremely laggy and buggy. Many of the receipts I scanned are missing, and it's incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. You have been warned.

I have been using Expensify for 3 years. In that time it has gone from decent, too bad to just plain unusable since the February update. The UI is not intuitive whatsoever anymore, it is clunky and difficult to navigate. But even that can be sorted out with a little practice, the most severe issue is that the app won't load expenses. It is so slow at loading I just gave up on it altogether and use the browser version. The browser version isn't free of the UI issues, but it works. Fix this app!

The new app experience is terrible - creating expenses is harder, it gets stuck a lot, it uses the wrong currency for mileage expenses etc. I flipped back to classic thankfully, and I hope they don't retire that option
