Oride is a scam, customer paid for rides via the app, was debited but didnt reflect in my account. Went to their office to lay a complain and waa told they are no longer there without any forwaeding address, customer care lines are switched off. So apparently i did free rides for the customers.

This platform would have been the best if not for the lazy and Lassie set of people you placed at the end of the phone to answer phone call as regard to the customer care those guys lack training, at first you guys relocated your office from Benin City to Lagos without telling your drivers now we are having issues in Benin and you guys are deducting our money here and there nobody is here to complain to, someone will call your customer care those guys will be telling you rubbish!
