I can't log in. It tells me that I need to activate the account or contact administration. I've used two emails and only one of the emails has received an "activation" email from Orivet. That doesn't work. Help.

Handy to have the app instead of logging in via Web every time. I haven't had any issues with ordering or checking dna reports etc. It could be a little more extensive the website but for what I usually use it for, it's been great.

It does what it's supposed to do. Simple interface lets you see your dog's breed(s) and even get a printout of the certificate right from the app.

Paid for two DNA/breed test for my dogs received them in the mail on time, completed the tests and sent them back no problem. Once notified the samples were received via email, I was unable to log in with the app but was able to use the website. Fast-forward a few weeks, and although I had no email updates, the website said their tests were available. The download links don't work or open at all. I tried contacting support multiple ways, with no response. Now I can't even log in on the website

Updated the app and now there's no way to access your animals, or rest results. All the app does now is sell you test, which you can do via the website. The app is useless now.
