Great to finally have a rideshare option. Rode with them 3 times this week. I had an issue once with a driver who accepted my ride then didnt want to travel the distance to get me as he misread my pickup location. This was a little frustrating however I was contacted immediately by head office who sorted me another driver. The other two times there were no issues and all of the drivers were really nice and professional. I have no doubts as the platform grows all the kinks will be fixed. In a town when the only other option is a more expensive taxi with terrible apps a rideshare option is welcomed!

Please read all.. The Hi-Oscar app is taking shape nicely. As a new Perth (& expanding AUS wide) startup I'm happy to accept a few glitches while helping to improve the driver app through constructive feedback. The app is not designed to be used for drivers wishing to sign up. Potential drivers can simply sign up via a web browser. If this is an issue for potential new drivers, what does that say about the potential new driver :/ Hi-Oscar, though similar to other ride-sharing apps, does have unique features. Check out their web site, or contact them on Facebook, as I did when thinking of signing up. I urge (initially) Perth locals to register as drivers &/or passengers to support a local company, who in turn will support us & the local economy. I am in no way associated with Hi-Oscar, other than being a driver, and offering constructive feedback.

Forgot your password? Good luck, the app asks you to enter your old password to reset it when you got the forgot password button. Changed emails since... Yeah good luck, get a new phone number it's easier

Oscar Rideshare is the dodgiest setup I have come across in awhile. This company has proceeded to charge me for just checking if there was a driver available on the app, not for actually using the service. Btw there is no drivers for Oscar in my local area. So therefore I should not have been charged. The app is meant to be a free download and not have any charges associated unless you book a ride, which is not the case. The excess fee's should be clearly stated in the app description.
