Most drivers are pleasant. ALIVE Customer Service is awesome. I wish there was a way other than contacting my medical provider when there is a driver issue as the drivers are representing ALIVE and rude disrespectful drivers need to be reprimanded or dropped if they are rude, unnecessarily rude. There is one particular Uber/Lyft Driver that I will never do business with again, ever. Overall, I highly recommend ALIVE as a medical transportation source.

Convenience at its best. I've only had great experiences with Liveried. The round trip option is so convenient. I've never experienced anything like it. They are so helpful and couldn't be more satisfied with the ease of scheduling and operation.

The worst transportation experience I have ever had. The driver assigned wasn't the driver who showed up. He drove like he just learned to drive. Unsafe and unprofessional. Shame on Humana for using this to transport their clients.

Horrible experience for return trip. I was never picked up, although it says I was. I was left standing in the hot sun for hours and couldn't even get through to a human to ask for help. I'm a cancer patient and my eyes had been dilated I had to ask strangers to look at my phone to help me... Whomever Lefty it should be fired. My ride there was fine and Fernando was great. Also, shame on this company for not having humans who can answer the phone to help.

One of the cars they sent to pick me up was a mess. When I got in it smelled bad. I look over & in the door pocket is a spray bottle of something. So I felt something on my foot & I look down and there's a roach crawling on my foot. Look over at the spray bottle. I see it's actually a can of ant/roach killer.
