The app is good responsive when you need to call and talk to someone they are pretty good about getting you a solution to your issue as long as you had a trip scheduled. As far as the transportation service provider they could Def use some work and the drivers need to learn some patience we are people not $$$ which they act like we are. When we have problems or issues or appointments run over they get irritated like you signed up for this have some humility.

I need to allow persons with disabilities to have a little more than 5 minutes on wait time. Especially when you're on a walker and your post op 2 days of having surgery on your back and have a driver look you dead in the face and cancel your ride as soon as you get out there.

One of the cars they sent to pick me up was a mess. When I got in it smelled bad. I look over & in the door pocket is a spray bottle of something. So I felt something on my foot & I look down and there's a roach crawling on my foot. Look over at the spray bottle. I see it's actually a can of ant/roach killer.

They cancel rides last minute, they also show up way to early. Had me sitting at the doctor's office with my baby for over an hour. Definitely need to do better.
