So far this service is the easiest transportation company I've used to book my doctor's appts. In the many years I have had to depend on help getting to and from, so far the drivers are courteous and are patience and friendly, on time and if they're way too early, they will wait if you ask them, at least so far this is my personal experience, I'm very happy with them ⭐️

App keeps saying I used all of my rides qhen my medical rides are unlimited. It's also telling me my phone number is incorrect like I don't know my own phone number.

The app is useful and easy to use. However, being that they subcontract with Uber it makes it hard to report a problem with the driver. When you try to call the driver through the app it directs you to Uber customer service. By the time you get someone you already lost your trip and can't schedule a new trip with this app because It's too late. Plus this apps' customer service is also an issue. If these issues are addressed then it would be great.

Horrible experience for return trip. I was never picked up, although it says I was. I was left standing in the hot sun for hours and couldn't even get through to a human to ask for help. I'm a cancer patient and my eyes had been dilated I had to ask strangers to look at my phone to help me... Whomever Lefty it should be fired. My ride there was fine and Fernando was great. Also, shame on this company for not having humans who can answer the phone to help.

They cancel rides last minute, they also show up way to early. Had me sitting at the doctor's office with my baby for over an hour. Definitely need to do better.

One of the cars they sent to pick me up was a mess. When I got in it smelled bad. I look over & in the door pocket is a spray bottle of something. So I felt something on my foot & I look down and there's a roach crawling on my foot. Look over at the spray bottle. I see it's actually a can of ant/roach killer.
