As soon as I found out that the last 2 digits of the Member ID aren't to be entered, I'm happy w the app! Only complaints. When deleting a trip, it shouldn't show up anymore in scheduled trips as deleted! And the 30-min window, when pick-up might arrive, is very inconvenient. Along with the w latest pickup time being 45 min before appointment time, for a 20-min ride the most. N usually the drivers arrive at the earliest pickup time 👎! Why? To sit in a Germ filled waiting room for ~1hr?

Scheduling is sometimes difficult, but reliable. Too many steps to getting in touch with the CarePlus Transportation Dept. Scheduling is 72 hours business days in advance is required.

The reason I gave it a low score because I lost my phone in one of their cars and they haven't return a car I had to miss a day work and I had to miss another doctor appointment because it's too dangerous I call they act like its no big deal it is when you need it to stay in touch with doctor plus they made me late for appointment also, but the app is good but trying to talk to someone when the app is not working good is not they should have a lost and found spot case this happens to some

Like many others, could not register. Found fix online. For member number, only enter the first SEVEN digits. Omit the last two numbers and it should work. Good luck.

UNUSABLE!!! This app is a bad joke! It doesn't allow me to register because doesn't recognize my information!!! Waste of time!

One star as I can't even enter my phone number to create an account! My mother has an account, but she can't change her number either. Waste of time, just call CarePlus
