Great app. I train regularly and found this easy to add to my current regime for bone health focus. It would be helpful to have a little more instruction in the stretching section, ie at the end of the stretch have maybe 3 beeps to count down to the end and introduce what the next stretch is. Otherwise, you have to watch the phone to see the timer and what's next.

I found the Osteo-gains app to be very helpful in reminding me to jump on a regular basis. Yes, it has a one-time fee of $25, but it's totally worth it. The app includes instructional videos that clearly show how to jump safely and effectively. I also appreciated the links to research that explain why jumping supports bone health.

This is a paid app that doesn't mention that fact until you've created an account. Wish there was a free mini program. I was really looking forward to using this, as there is nothing else like it around.

Would have like to have just been told what to do....jump, jump reset. Too much other stuff kept popping up wanting money. Not free

I deleted the app months ago, the same day I installed it and requested my money back the same day. I had to jump through hoops because they said they could not refund my money unless I sent an email, I did that months ago, then I just noticed they are going to still try to renew my 'subscription' in October! I canceled! Not happy...
