Pick the apps that steal your focus. Start a session. Otol blocks them until
you're done — and when you reach for one out of habit, a full-screen reminder
in your own words sends you back.

No accounts. No ads. No internet permission at all — Otol is technically
incapable of sending your data anywhere.

• Choose the apps that distract you — social media, games, anything
• Start a focus session: 25, 50, 90 minutes, or your own duration
• Blocked apps show a full-screen block instead of opening
• Calls, SMS, and every other app keep working normally
• Finish and see how many urges you resisted

• Block — a firm wall; you can end the session early if you must
• Friction — a 10-second breathing pause, then you choose: "Never mind" or
