Best place to get money transferred from is world remit

Made my first transfer using OTT-Remit. Bank verified money sent, received email from OTT remit saying money received and deposited in recipients account. App kept saying money still needed to be sent from bank. Recipient never received money. Contacted company, they said I had to send them screenshots of bank account information, Name of bank, voided check and screenshot of bank showing the interact was sent. All this for 117.00 interact transfer.
