Comments on Outlet Finder: Locate Public E for Android

★★★★★ WHY IS THIS A TYPE OF APP THAT IS NOT MORE POPULAR???? Let me explain: imagine you need to charge a car battery, and it's stupid late at night. I don't mean for an ev, but for a gas guzzler. Even if you only want to charge it enough to get you by for another 10 or 20 miles, you would WANT an outlet (so long as you also have a charger, but other gadgets also work well :))

★★★★★ This app is amazing! Too bad there isn't much in the database for Toronto, I'll definitely be submitting some spots I use to charge my ebike, and I'll definitely share the app with my friend!

★★★★★ This is a fantastic concept for an app. It's exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait until enough people use it and contribute to it to make it more useful. I personally don't like that it requires location data (I should be able to just pick a location -- I can move the map around anyway). I also don't like that it requires association with my Google account. Sometimes people like to keep things low-key. I'd prefer some in app method of unique ID and verification.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. It didn't find ANY outlet within a 200-mile radius. Also, just lets you add outlets to the grid yourself, so that means anyone could put an outlet anywhere and there not really be one.

★★☆☆☆ Shovelware. REQUIRES location by GPS. You can't just look at the map

★★☆☆☆ There are no locations on the map, IDK if no one submits locations or the app is just buggy. Regardless, it doesn't do what it says it does.
