Disregard what the other reviewers said, the app works fine as long as you create the owner ahead of time and enable the login with a password. Note that this app is for owners, it's not intended to be the main admin management login--that needs to be done through the website.

Jonathan Dutton wrote on 12/2/21, and it took RD over 2 years to respond on 1/25/23. RD said "the property manager uses a different application" but does not provide what that application is called. I'm an owner who manages my own properties as many of you are. To date, I still do not see a RD app provided that we can use on our phones to manage our own properties. RD shouldn't falsely say property managers use a different application knowing one doesn't exist. Disappointing.
