First time I tired the app, was not able to book at Manila since no drivers are available. But earlier today, I was able to book! Price is waylay lower than the famous competitor. However, long waiting time (20 mins. Before driver arrived) because let's face it. Most drivers still use the current competitor. Long booking time is understandable. Highly recommended!

First time user of app here, driver was very kind. I hope you can also improve the tracking of trips in real time. I booked a ride for my brother, but I was not able to see where the car is before (he just notified that he's there) and during the trip, it just showed my current location. But overall, I would recommend this app to a friend. It's a good alternative for Grab.

Horrible app. Cannot ping exactly of my whereabouts, and it doesn't have the visibility of the whereabouts of the driver. Thus, expectations are not set about the whereabouts of the driver and how long the waiting time should be. Plus, the trip is going to be charged even if it didn't happen. That's a free giveaway money for the driver, and you cannot cancel the trip on your end. And they are okay with this.

For a local company who promises reasonable fare prices and a safer experience, OWTO definitely fails to deliver both. I tried really hard to give it a chance because who wouldn't want to support a local business, right? In terms of fare prices, Grab is approx P50 cheaper. For safety (health), OWTO vehicles do not have extra precautionary measures in place to make customers feel a bit safer for infection prevention. If you want to save money and feel safer, much better if you stick with Grab.
