Why not 5/5? Because premium was activated, and it's ok for you to charge money that don't exist, but not me. THEN you charge 100SEK for having a negative amount during my time without a phone. That's kind of evil, sneaky whatever... Please e-mail me of you feel like I don't deserve this (=upvote and will keep recommending P.F.C.).

Very bad customer service, I had pfc card in 2021, pfc card stopped working many times, sometimes it worked other time it didn't so I closed my account with them. Then after some months I wanted to try it again but I couldn't open account, then I contacted with pfc customer service in 2021 they replied after some days that we are having technical issues right now that's why we can't open your account even now after almost 2 years in 2023 they gave me same reply that we are having technical issue

The only app that stops me from using it because I have rooted the phone. ALL other financial, banking, financial, payment and identification apps work fine but PFC. It's my choice to root, if I didn't understand the consequences I should have myself to blame - you don't need to babysit.
