There is no logical reason this app should require location services to access a Bluetooth device. Presently, the way this app functions is that if the user opts to deny location services app permission, the app will cease to function and the user will be unable to print to the Bluetooth label printer.

Paid $60.00 for the P-touch Cube. The device cannot be used without a smart device (phone/tablet). I used the P-touch Cube without any problems but hadn't used it in a few months. I wanted to use it today but I cannot get it to connect to my phone, a phone I had used successfully with the P-touch Cube before. The app keeps telling me "Communication error One of the following may have occurred: - Power is off - The printer is busy -Bluetooth is out of range. I've addressed everyone of these potential issues and more. I've tried everything I could think of as well. Deleted the blue tooth connection and re-established it. Used the power cord instead of batteries. Put fresh batteries in the printer. Uninstalled and re-installed the app. Nothing works. I feel like Brother owes me at least $60.00. It'd be more if I accounted for the 7-rolls of tape I've purchased and still have. Shame on Brother. I also have a Brother printer connected to my computer that I'm thinking of replacing so I won't have to support Brother by buying their ink cartridges.

Just got notified that I needed to update. When I updated and tried to print, the app requested that I turn on Location Settings. Why would Brother need my location if I am connected to my printer by bluetooth? Please, no more spyware.
