On my last review I never had problems with this app. However in 2026 I was repeatedly unable to log in with denied access and had to reinstall the app finally after using my computer to submit claims, a much more laborious procedure.

App crashes every time trying to log on. Has not worked in months. Update: App started working, but now while I am able to submit claims, I am unable to see my benefits. When contacting PBC to tell them about issue I was informed that they were aware of problem adhd that it had been ongoing for months with no idea when would be fixed.

It doesn't show anything when I try to view my insurance info, the loading icon just spins endlessly. It also gives me error messages when logging in even though everything is correct, I have to hit login multiple times.
