On my last review I never had problems with this app. However in 2026 I was repeatedly unable to log in with denied access and had to reinstall the app finally after using my computer to submit claims, a much more laborious procedure.

Benefits>health page does not load. App cache cleared, app updated, app deleted and reinstalled, and the issue persists. it's been several months and the issue has not been rectified.

App crashes every time trying to log on. Has not worked in months. Update: App started working, but now while I am able to submit claims, I am unable to see my benefits. When contacting PBC to tell them about issue I was informed that they were aware of problem adhd that it had been ongoing for months with no idea when would be fixed.
