Great when it works. I ordered a package a few weeks ago, amazon said it was delivered, and I just never heard anything from concierge. A week ago, two weeks after it was delivered, and I forgot about it package concierge said it was waiting for me. Now I'm in that situation again. I've emailed customer support but have not received an answer. Maybe they'll answer in two weeks when the problem solves itself, or I forget about it. Never thought I'd have to pay for late mail

I am strongly disappointed with Package Concierge Service. I paid $10, and I didn't even need it. I only paid it because appt complex advised me to do that. And they didn't tell me that if you don't sign up for this service packages will be anyway delivered to your door. So, I signed up, and 6 first packages came to my door anyway. Like I don't understand why did I pay for it...after that 7th package came in their lockbox, but I never got notification about it (email or sms)... I just found it randomly. So service it is worse and if you pay you just waste your money because it is not refundable.
