This App is totally wast of time At the beginning you open it fast easy, but information is just ordinary. Later they will be given you form to filled, they only have customer staff. They Lack. ACCURACY, TIME, ONLINE SERVICES, SELF SERVICES, SPEED... etc. Since February I can not withdraw from my wallet, I was Issue a form to filled promise me it will process within 24/hrs, now it is a week being there nothing has done, yet the customer service wait 24hrs Since Monday 6/5/2024 till now nothing chan

Infact if possible to give you minus zero, I'll give, I opened an account online and funded it, to make transfer of my money now become problem, I chatted customer service, and I was sent a form (account opening form) which was filled and scan and sent back to page, since about 3/4 days now, nothing was done, and my money is hanging. I chatted 4 of dem staffs (customer service) still nothing is working fine
