I love these frames! I get so many compliments on all the different colors and themes! My daughter and I both got the Quinn frames, and we share our toppers. It's kind of ridiculous how many we have now! Lol

This app is poorly designed. I tried to use the "app exclusive" bundle offer, but you can't search, filter, or access favorites. That means to build a bundle for 20% off you need to scroll (on a phone!) through every single topper, including out of stock ones, to choose your 5. If you take too long, it "updates" and clears your selections. If you just add the same 5 tops you want to the cart, there's no way to do the bundle pricing. You'll save time and money just using the website.

The company is great, I love my glasses & toppers (I probably have between 15 and 20 toppers now), & I've had good experiences w/ customer service. I know the app is new, but it's extremely buggy which is why I'm rating the app down. Numerous sections of the app are either extremely slow to load or don't load at all; including videos, notifications tab, & most importantly, the checkout screen. Can't buy anything through the app, if the checkout screen isn't loading....

This review is about the app, not the product/company (which are great). Aside from some "app exclusive" top frames that are not available on the website, I really don't see the point of the app. There is work to be done to bring the UX into parity with the website. For example, the images for top frames are very basic on the app, and don't show what they look on a face like on the site. When I try to look for these better images on the site, it redirects me to the app, which I do not like.

Love the glasses, hate the app I prefer to shop online for them, but unfortunately some tops are app exclusive. Your cart isn't saved when switching between the app and web store BTW. and it freezes constantly. I have to close it every 2 clicks, and it scrolls me back up when im looking through tops. Searching is also way easier on the website, and you can't filter your search on the app
