Great app by Pak Post thanks and easy to use either new users also. Thanks 😊💯 But the help line staff and workers is bad because I'm calling from yesterday, and they are cutting my call plus I submitted my parcel on 04-04-2024 and still no parcel is available on destination very bad show.

As a software engineer, it’s disappointing to see taxpayers' money funding government departments that produce such poorly made apps. The Pakistan Post tracking app is a prime example. Its quality is so bad that even a beginner developer could create something better in today’s tech era.

Totally disappointed with the services of Pakistan Post. I have sent my luggage through PAKISTAN POST KARA CANTT BRANCH on 10 Jul 2024. The agent of Post Office told me that luggage will be delivered on upcoming Saturday at the specified location. However, there is no track and trace of my luggage. I'm very concerned about my luggage and communicating with the Kara cantt branch staff, but they are saying that we don't have any information about your luggage. 0 out of 0 mark.
