★★☆☆☆ App is not user-friendly... Bring Back the old app!! New app is so slow and fiddly. Takes pics very slow, and you cannot see the full sized pic once taken.

★★☆☆☆ Not great, the inspection app crashes and freezes often but most frustratingly properties can't be configured during inspections, features can't be added even after uploading to Palace and rooms can't be duplicated when configuring.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible quality app. Always crashing. Never loads fluidly, I'm constantly having to delete and re-download. Get your developers to refine this service as we pay good money to subscribe to palace software for our business. Not impressed.
