It was disgusting experience after Palm unite with Fenix. I couldn't finish my ride after I'm done with it. I tried to fix that situation, but I couldn't. I spend 30 min to fix that, but it charges me that money. After 35 min I decide to close my credit card and leave that scooter in its spot. Btw I called fenix I text them, but now was responded all of my calls. So they are scammers. Don't use their scooters never try if you try you will ruin your entire day.
