Really great app and service. However, I can't contact Wemo unless I make a paid phone call (what happened to the good old emails?). I need to contact your services too because I changed my debit card and for some unknown reasons, once I filled all of its information, the "save" button stays gray.

Bikes are very light and easy to ride. The wind cover in the helmet is very useful especially in winters. Coverage is also higher compared to other rental bikes. Line pay is very convenient.

Uninformative. The app doesn't tell where to register a driver license, nor does it say its being registered/processed. It just won't give you any updates on whether you are eligible to drive or not. I've had the app for three days and it doesn't tell me if my driver's license photos were successful or faulty,,, nor In Process. The scanner for the photo taking also doesn't provide the right spacing for international driver's license

Horrible app. Needs photo of front *and back * of passport, but there is no back to a passport. And it won't clearly focus photos. Then later it says to redo ID bc you need an IDP photo, but the button is below the screen buttons and can't be pressed. And it needs a taiwan phone number too ?

Suddenly, I can no longer rent scooters through this app, despite having used it for years and possessing both a car and a scooter license. The support I've received has not been helpful in resolving this issue.
