★★★★★ Great Software I have been using version 6 since I started Show Me Home Inspections, I tryed several softwares but Palm tech was the easiest for me to set up as my own template, I have it on, my tough book, my ipaq, iphone and my Galaxy Tab 7.0, I recommend it to all the new inspectors that I have trained in the Phoenix AZ area. ★★☆☆☆ UI is terribly designed. I am not impressed with the software. Its sluggish, lags, freezes. The UI needs some serious work. Why in the world do I have to tap/hold in order to select? Missed your section, continue holding and wait for it to come back around. If you don't want to use the tap and hold method you can double-click and use the "drop down" menus, but even that is terrible and not user-friendly. Why can't I just have everything on one screen with drop down menus? For instance, I click on lots and ground, double click driveway to get to the drop-down portion and I have to have a dedicated screen for driveway, hit next (wait a second), walks hit next (wait a second), steps hit next. On the screen where are these items on listed vertically there should be drop down menus for A, NP,NI, etc. and te box portion should have a drop. Tap and hold or double tap to select is not user-friendly and adds time to an inspection.

★★☆☆☆ Thanks for your reply however again the support on my continuous crashing is an unacceptable I have tried many solutions to try and eliminate my phone including completely deleting my complete phone and resetting it back to original and just only running palm tech I am still experiencing frequently crashes with this app and for the life of me I cannot understand why palm tech cannot come to the party with this, try and be on the other side I am writing up a report on site and are freaking out that I am going to lose the data from 10 minutes or so from writing this at the complete report. I have emailed support several times on the same issue and don't seem to be getting anywhere I have updated the software on the Samsung S8 phone I have cleared cache I have removed all other applications I have removed data for this application of Palm tech and have now run out of options I have also called Vodafone technical on this I have also called Samsung, and they all refer back to the application that is running on the phone due to the effort I have made deleting or other apps and resetting the phone back to factory and still having Palm tech crash. Apart from this crashing I also have concerns on when taking a photo of a concern area the only option is writing over the photo as description of the area I have told Palm tech that my clients are finding it very difficult on reading the description and as a building inspector we are at risk of being sued due to this unreadable I have tried several options like changing the color of the text keeping the text small as possible and making the text larger which then does not give us the capacity of writing a description on the concerned area I see there has been an update on palm tech which does not include any of these main problems in the application not sure where to go from here as I have paid a lot of money for the application, and they will not provide a refund even 50 percent. I have been using this application for around 4 years and have found nothing but issues throughout and have come to a point I don't know what to do I guess I'm saying palm tech please come to the party with this and sort out my issue
