I've used Pal remit for about 14 months now, and apart from a few occasional glitches, I am very satisfied with the app. They do not charge arbitrary fees for nothing, and it has been easy to use my virtual dollar card for international transactions. I must advise that you do not fund your dollar card with money you may want to convert back to naira. I over-funded my card last year, and I lost so much money when I had to change it back to naira. That's one reason I'm not giving the app a 5-star.

This is the second time Pal remit has changed my USD account without any warning. I’m expecting an incoming payment, and suddenly the account is gone. To make it worse, their customer support was disabled when I needed help most. This app is unstable and stressful. I wish users could post screenshots, so people can see what really happens when things go wrong. If you value peace of mind with your money, think twice before using Pal remit.

Scammers, don't download this app it's scam, they made me pay for the USD account, and they reject my application without any reason and no refund. If you like your money don't think of using these criminals. The worst part is their support is useless. Trust me tgis is worse app you'll ever use
