It's used to be my favorite until this month when I tried to buy airtime using my rewards and find that they now charge around 85% fee for airtime purchase. How can I be charged R83 for R50 airtime? Why would you reward us and then rob us of our rewards? This is ridiculous, and I don't think I'll be as actively participating as I was before.

Downloaded the app to try to scan and load my monthly shopping for February but cant log in. When trying to log in it says 'invalid username or password'. Really don't know what's going on. The app was working perfectly fine before bt when I downloaded on ds new Hi sense U40 phne, it is nt wrkng. Last month i ddnt get my reward because i couldn't log in. Tried sending an email to let them know abt my challenge bt never got any response. And now it looks like i dnt have a rep working with me anymore.
