Pantry Inventory & Fridge List

Know what is actually on the shelf. Pantry Inventory is a quantity-first kitchen tracker: you record what you have, and it counts down as you use it. Tap minus when you open a tin, and the number is right the next time you look.

Most pantry apps die in the first week, because entering everything is a chore. This one is built around getting food in fast. Start by ticking the staples you already keep and they are added in one go. After that, quick add takes a name and an amount and stays open for the next item, so a whole shelf goes in without the keyboard ever closing. Add by voice or by scanning a barcode when that is quicker.

Set a minimum for the things you never want to run out of — rice, coffee, nappies, whatever it is in your house. Anything at or below its minimum is flagged, and one tap turns all of them into a shopping list. Tick items off in the shop and the quantities flow straight back into your stock, so the count is correct before you have finished unpacking. Search and sort keep a long list usable, and every row tells you which shelf the item is on.

Organise by pantry, fridge and freezer, or add your own places. As a fridge inventory app it keeps an optional use-by date on any item, and a one-tap screen for everything you used in tonight's cooking. Everything is stored on your phone: no account, no sign-up, no server, and it all works with no connection at all. Export everything as JSON whenever you like, or delete all of it in one tap. Pantry Pro is a one-time purchase adding more locations, unlimited items, CSV export, and household transfer between two phones by QR code.
