The staff at T3 just run by the back counter strip, there are guests sitting there. I am seated at a small table facing the back counter strip, many a time staff run by me causing me to be anxious while having my meal, any of them would have knocked into me especially hitting my long legs which I had problem keeping them under my small table a rather tense meal for today

Does not work on Samsung S24 Ultra. Cannot even load the app. Worked fine on my previous older phone

Stupid App doesn't allow me to log in despite I key in my correct mobile phone number, it doesn't send me the OTP as it stated it would. Got error!!! I've never seen sure stupid app which only allow 1 way to login via mobile phone number. Can't log in via my email. Previously it's better can log in via email. Now worse!!! Every time this Stupid App updates I get log out automatically then I need to log in again & faced log in issues. So fed up!!!! I don't want to be Paradise member anymore!!!!

The apps do not work at all. It cannot even be open after installing. It's struck at the icon logo without loading into the page. End up went 2x to paradise group, can't redemption or collect points at all. Wasted. Previously it can work last year. This year cannot work at all.
