App works great, for some reason there is a character limit on the password field for the mobile app. So, I was unable to have a password larger than 14 characters. Otherwise, app works well enough for a loan app.

It worked fine for me. I used my email created a password with the required characters, and it asked for my loan number which was my account # without the letter after it and my social, and It instantly showed my loan and payments. No problems at all. Took 3 minutes.

Good app to keep tracking your loan just need to have notifications that way you know when the payment is done or when the payment is due but is a great tool

Horrible app. I made a payment on 3/29 and It's still not showing in the app, whereas it shows withdrawn on my bank acct for 10 days now.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THE APP, IVE CHANGED MY PASSWORD 6 TIMES ALREADY AND STILL Can't LOGIN. I Can't PAY IT IF I Can't LOGIN. (and no i don't do phone payments)
