I get an "api error" when paying by linking bank account. It's been like this for 3 MONTHS! Payments only go through when I use my card directly to pay a FEE. I've tried 2 separate accounts one Cash app and one Wood forest. I get the error no matter what, and the only way to pay loan is by my card, but there is a FEE for using it. It's ridiculous, It's like they are TRYING to make the linking of a bank account fail, so consumers have to use their CARDS TO PAY THE CONVENIENCE FEE OF 8 DOLLARS!

Do not go with this financial if you have a choice. We posted 4 different payment none was applied to the loan, nothing was sent to our bank, and we were charged NSF when we have the money to pay the loan. Elmer, it is one of the managers at this location at MA. Did not listen to us, and we requested to waive the NSF since nothing was posted to the bank. We keep getting interest on the loan when I received a Thank-you letter for paying off the account. We still have the same issue. Worst ever
