Finally, got everything to work. It seems you have to make a separate account for the app and then even though it told me to only use the last 6 of my loan number to link my account I used the whole thing and finally got it to work

Doesn't work. This company seems to try and make it as difficult as possible to make payments on principle. They're doing every they can to allow users to do something they're legally required to allow.

Same as others. Have account, can log in on web. Can't log in on app. Have to call them for everything except adding payments to the account. Hot garbage, replace your entire tech team.

DO NOT do business with these people. Solar Loans with them puts a lein on your house, and they WILL NOT cooperate with your title company to help you refinance if your loan to value ratio is too high. Standard industry practice is that when your loan to value ratio is too high, Solar Loan companies will allow you to remove the loan from your title, refinance, and then put it back on no more than 2 hours after you close. Not these people. Aviod them at all cost! They ruin your ability to refi!
