Only thing I don't like about this system is mail delivery people not using the system, so then I can't get in the locker to get my package.

I like it because everything is locked and safe in It's own box makes it easier for when I'm at work, and I know my package is safe I recommend this for everyone that's in this apartment just need Amazon to get on your toes and do what they need to do, but I appreciate this app and the service used to do an excellent thank you

Required to pay another "one-time" registration fee after all accounts were "upgraded" to parcel pending plus by apartment complex. Update: I never got a response from the person I was asked to email, but did get the fee waived after calling support

This app and service is barely functional, I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt soon and take all the packages in the lockers to auction. Not a single workflow for getting a package is reliable or quick, so good luck if you don't have 5 minutes to do what should be a 30-second process. Also, if your login stop working (despite not updating it) then try a reset your password, you receive "there is no account for this email", with a sign-up link to then get "email is in use, please log in."

There is nothing Plus about Parcel Pending Plus. Upon attempting to retrieve my packages using the access code provided by the Parcel pending plus app, two empty parcel lockers were opened instead. Unfortunately, our community leasing office does not have the ability to manually access or open the Parcel Pending lockers. When I called PPP there was over a 30-minute wait to speak to a rep, I used their chat line instead and still no help. I have medicine stuck in the parcel locker. I'm upset!!!
