Tested at ioi city mall. Was flawless. I guess all those negative reviews are from people who are not well verse in using digital system. When I was removing the car from parking, the barrier restores to original position in less than 1 sec after I click the button. There was a car in front of me who tried to park for free. The car was disappointed.

Can't even sign up for an account (cannot send OTP SMS). And this is the only app allowed at Shell Recharge stations

Recently charge my car at shell recharge stn at Seremban north bound NS highway. First time using it, really fealt being ripped off by Park easy. You can't even reserve a slot before buying a rm200 credit (which was charged at rm212), they charge u the moment the barrier is lowered, by the time you set your car to start charging, you're already been charge an exorbitant rm12+, it's a pure profiteering scheme. Never going to use it again even though I have credit left there.

Always a bad experience using this app. 1. Not user-friendly to find the nearest charger. It's 'hidden' somewhere under certain 'menu'. 2. When you arrive, you need to go through unnecessary hassle to reserve the parking, and then to confirm you've arrived, and then to confirm to start the charging. I always ended up using the other charger unit, while parking at the other bay. I don't know why it always happens this way. Please learn from other providers. They're easy to use.
